Though delicate in appearance this flowery libation is inspired by Robin Hood's iconic headpiece and outdoorsy nature. A herbaceous blend of Green Hat gin and lavender lemon syrup, this floral bouquet in a glass is only complete when served with a jolting thyme-tincture flame.

My passion for crafting new and classic cocktails started when I became a stagiaire at The Gibson in Washington, DC. I took the name St. Monday in honor of the centuries old tradition of getting paid on Saturday, drinking on Sunday and – if necessary – invoking Saint Monday’s holiday the next morning.

While this divinely inspired intervention eventually phased out, its spirit lives on whenever we find time to enjoy a well-deserved libation. My desire is to continue learning, growing and sharing my repertoire as I honor the rich and vibrant tradition of mixology.

Like the people that enjoy them, each cocktail must be inspired and tell a unique story. St. Monday specializes in new libation projects and is passionate about crafting an original drink for you. All new recipes are the result of an interview, research and experimentation process that culminates in a personal presentation and tasting.

We call them classics for a reason - some drinks were never new and somehow never get old.
