Right from the first sip this refreshing concoction comes out swinging, much like the Dutch sailors who originally popularized Genever. Crisp rhubarb combined with juniper and Campari make this a strong summertime contender.

The patron saint of theLong weekend

My passion for crafting new and classic cocktails started when I became a stagiaire at The Gibson in Washington, DC. I took the name St. Monday in memory of the centuries old tradition of getting paid on Saturday, drinking on Sunday and – if necessary – invoking Saint Monday’s holiday the next morning.

Moon Phases

While this divinely inspired intervention eventually phased out, its spirit lives on whenever we find time to enjoy a well-deserved libation. My desire is to continue learning, growing and sharing my repertoire as I honor the rich and vibrant tradition of mixology.
